Job Description

Requirement:
1.Lead of facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations process to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including but not limited on-boarding/filing/probation/contract renew/internal transfer /termination, provide valve-added consultant and services.
2.As the administrator on system management, focus on related HR transaction/reporting and serve as the super-user to educate or coach employee seek or operate with self- service capability, and work closely with IT fix any system bug.
3.Deliver high quality mobility solution on the international assignee/expat/local hire related support, including but not limited on visa application/ employment permit & residence permit, co-work with the agency to make sure the data report and analysis.
4. HR database management, delivery the high data quality to fulfill defined requirement and in charge of the certification including but not limited income /on-job/any other certification and chop.
5. Severed as expert own the process of Shanghai residence permit and all country Hukou application, provide the professional consultation and services to employee with the vendor.
