JOB Requirements:
1. Be responsible for whole recruitment process and ensure recruitment and on-boarding of the right talents with the right channels in close collaboration with the Market area.
2. Ensure and execute delivery HR learning & employee training at unit level.
3. In charge of activities of company culture.
4.Ensures that all areas in the unit work with the labor relations principles and uphold local policies, procedures and laws.
5.Interpret and communicate relevant policy and program information to employees and managers through personal consultation, development of written materials and presentations.
6. Responsible for annual performance evaluation program.
7. Responsible for the personnel files to the database.
8. Coordinate with other HR team member to drive HR efficiency in response to internal customer need.
9. Complete other temporary works assigned by HR director.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree above.
2. At least 5+ years HR working experience, including 2+ years recruitment related experience.
3. Ability to work under pressure and influence business leaders to achieve the result.
4. Excellent communication skills & planning and organizational skills.
5. Fluent English both in spoken & written.
