Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Fully support payroll of all the employees and ensure all C&B calculation(Including social insurance, comprehensive insurance and house fund ) are in compliance with labor law and the company policy;
  • Maintains C&B related information such as personal data files, attendance system;
  • Employee on board/leave process, personal file and contract management, temp employee's management and contract management of vender; annual update of employee handbook; Responsible for Foreigner residence permit and working permit
  • Provide professional consulting and analysis to HR team and line manager in job offer, promotion, job transfer and other compensation related topics, as well as local regulation and process;
  • Responsible for annual performance review at worker, staff level and annual bonus for all level.
  • Support to conduct annual C&B programs, such as annual salary review, annual C&B budget, salary survey yearly, review promotion, reward and salary adjustment cases, and marketing pricing the current and new jobs;
  • Provides professional supports on benefits plan and salary system, such as sales commission, retention plan design;
  • Take all employee relation issues for ST factory and SLCN. Be a listener and a communicator for the employees; be involved in critical and all levels of employee relation issues.
  • Works on special projects as required as agreed with the superior, provide recourses where needed, e.g. job evaluations, performance, interviews etc.

Experience/Education Required

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • At least 5 years in C&B function. Experience in manufacturing plant will be a plus.
  • Rich knowledge in C&B and solutions development experience on a wide range of human resource related function
  • Open-minded, energetic, self-starter, quick Learner, able to work under pressure
  • Initiative, and good interpersonal skill
  • Fluent in written English
  • Excellent Microsoft skills and communications skills with different levels of the organization
