Role & Responsiblity
Handle general HR inquiries (policy/process/How Do I)
Assist Customer with system navigation
Initiate, assign, track escalated cases
Initiate/approve basic Employee Data Changes
View/update personal files
Submit request to manager
Operational support: records management, reporting
Capability:
HR basic knowledge, include HR functions, HR system.
Very good communication skills.
Customer service mindset, taking responsibility, and can make sure the delivery accuracy.
Fluent English and Japanese both in oral and writing.
