职责描述：
Be responsible for recruitment, include candidate seeking, applicant selection, interview, reference check and hiring;
Be responsible for new staff on-boarding and off-boarding process and master data maintenance in Landa system and SAP；

Employee relationship’s management,etc；
Managing and following employee’s labor contract to keep it smoothly. ( include probation appraisal , renewal assessment, labor contract signing, employee’s promotion etc) ；
Regularly finish HR monthly report；
Be responsible for parts of payroll calculation work；
Other related HR affairs and other tasks assigned by superior；

任职要求：
1. Diploma/junior colleague and above；Major in HR, business administration；
2. Minimum 5 years working experience in HR recruitment and payroll functional;
3. Work experience in international machinery industry is preferred;
4. Experience in SAP system is preferred；
5. Fluent in written and oral English;
6. Good in Microsoft office, especially excel and PPT;
7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
8. Adaptable and integrated;
9. Independently and self-driven;
10.Outgoing, accommodating, brightly；
11. Strong pressure resistance；
