The role:

The HR Specialist is a key position in EF Kids & Teens. You will support regional recruitment and cover the HR daily issue as well.

You will:

? In charge of recruitment tasks, including: experienced hire, campus recruitment, internship recruitment as well as internal recruitment.

? Be responsible for new staff relationship maintaining.

? Establish the talent pool, responsible for the resume management and information security

? Collect and analyze recruitment data

? Assist HRM for other HR tasks

You have/are:

? Bachelor degree or above, HRM related major is a plus.

? Love education industry;

? Passionate about finding talents

? Good common sense about people, patient, good service sense

? Creative, highly self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude

? Well-organized, details oriented, quick-learner

? Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

? With a strong sense of responsibility, integrity and team-work spirit.

? Good command of MS Office skill, strong written and oral English skill
