Principle duties and essential functions

To assist Senior Manager HR APAC to provide daily support to all the employees in APAC region (Greater China, Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Australia & Korea) in full spectrum of HR including but not limited to the below task:

  • Be responsible for recruitment for the openings in APAC region
  • Be responsible for external and internal training arrangement for APAC region
  • Be responsible for Payroll and Benefits administration for APAC region
  • Be responsible for employee activities plan and implementation, building the close relation ship with employees in the APAC Region.
  • As part of global CSR committee, be responsible for planning and implementing CSR activities for APAC region in line with global process and budget.
  • Take the lead to apply for training fund, stability fund, applicable fund, etc. from the government.
  • Support employees on visa application process, employee expatriation, relocation process, etc.
  • Provide general HR support as required.

Knowledge, skills and experience required

  • Bachelor Degree with major in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years relevant work experiences in multinational companies.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Have basic HR knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using computer (MS Office)
  • Open, honest, loyal and result-oriented
