Job Description
- Principle Accountability
1. Handle daily HR operations to provide an efficient and effective HR service including recruiting, new employee on-boarding, exit, HR system, employment contract and documents filing;
2. Proactively communicate HR policy, process and practices with employees, answer employee query;
3. Assist and roll-out the training practices aligned with local business priorities, including the schedule, facilities, records and feedback, and data analysis;
4. Maintain and update employee data in HR system to ensure data integrity. Lead the HR system learning and practice for the local team;
5. Coordinate the site employee attendance administration process including the on-line system operations and off-line check;
6. Maintain an efficient business contact with external service vendors (talent search, recruitment channel, expatriate service and etc.);
7. Other Responsibilities: Perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need Indirectly support various recruitment activities, develop a robust campus recruitment plan and execute it proactively.
