We are looking for a HR Operation specialist who has a passion and persistence. This position is aimed to ensure overall HR operation procedures for all Daimler Mobility legal entities in Korea (MBFSK / MBMK) in line with the global HR strategy, including process optimization, management of HR system and employee data, etc. For details of responsibility, please see below
HR Operations(50%)
- Manage overall HR operations task including payroll and working hour management
- Review HR processes are aligned with internal policy and also local regulations and provide continuous improvements in HR processes
- Streamline HR operations processes
- Initiate overall HR processes for employee life cycle from hire to exit
- Manage data quality of personnel changes in HR systems; CoS, HRWT, ePARS, EWD, eReporting
- Monitor HR Headcount reporting and make sure the data in the system is 100% accurate
- Consult with supervisors for the HC planning of Agency workers and operate the resource as per the plan
- Monitor agency worker contract period and review contract expiration, extension, and early termination processes
- Assume the role of HR business partner to staff level employees and agency workers
- Provide a guide to employees in regards to HR policies and processes
- Identify potential improvement areas in HR processes and improve them with respective processes owners include internal and external
- Coordinate in/external reporting required by the regulation and support ad-hoc reports to FSS and CREFIA
- Conduct 1st reviewer role for HR data and liaise with HR shared service for HR personnel data
Talent Acquisition(20%)
- Support overall recruitment process for permanent, temporary and agency workers in MBFSK & MBMK
- Assume key user role in Taleo (e-recruiting) and support hiring managers for Requisition processes
- Propose Taleo system enhancement based on the feedback from in/external users and monitor system change request with global Taleo support team
- Develop talent sourcing strategy by engaging with AAP Talent Acquisition team and coordinate regional collaboration for direct sourcing.
- Manage the relationship with external headhunting vendors and university career centers for job posting & candidate pooling
- Conduct direct sourcing (e.g. candidate searching, cold call, promoting MBFSK & MBMK, creating the leads)
- Conduct CV screenings and screening interviews
- Coordinate the processes of interviews, assessment center and offer negotiations
- Prepare an offer letter and extend the offer to the candidate or agencies
- Prepare on-boarding processes and liaise with internal stakeholders for new joiner preparations
- Support new joiner Day 1 and provide support for their first 100 days
- Coordinate probation confirmation processes
- Conduct hiring process review to enhance the efficiency and propose & implement the improvements
Organization & Development(20%)
- Execute annual employee development program together with shared services
- Initiate the development of MBFSK & MBMK specific development programs such as Leadership, product training, global/regional program roll-out
- Coordinate mandatory trainings required by local regulations and Daimler policy
- Conduct training demand analysis and develop training plans for upcoming year
- Coordinate internal training and sessions based on the local requirement
HR admin & reporting, HRIS(10%)
- Coordinate external government reporting and statutory reports (e.g. CREFIA, FSS, MoEL, etc)
- Initiate procurement process for HR team and handle purchase contract and payment request as per the company guideline
- Coordinate ‘Great place to work’ event at company-wide and also support Corporate Social Responsibility activities
