Job Description
As a HR Specialist, you will serve as a bridge connecting our company with global talent. Leveraging your multilingual skills and deep understanding of Chinese and international cultural differences, you will support our full-cycle recruitment and HR management, specifically assisting in managing and enhancing the experience of our international employees. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply the cross-cultural knowledge you gained during your study abroad experience in a real-world business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Placement: Assist with job postings, resume screening (including both Chinese and English resumes), and schedule and participate in interviews, with a focus on communication and coordination with international candidates.

Onboarding and Integration: Manage onboarding procedures for new employees, particularly international employees, provide cultural adaptation support, and organize training to help them quickly integrate into the team.

Employee Relations: Serves as a support point for both Chinese and international employees, answering HR-related inquiries in both Chinese and English, assisting with employee relations matters, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Cross-Cultural Communication: Assist with the translation and preparation of HR documents, policies, and cultural promotional materials in both Chinese and English.

Administrative Management: Maintain employee files, manage attendance and leave records, and support the daily operations of HR programs.
Required Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, Languages, or related fields preferred.

Excellent Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in other languages ​​is a plus.

Cultural Sensitivity: Experience living or studying in an international environment (such as study abroad, international exchange, or international internship) with a deep understanding of cultural differences.

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

Strong Learning and Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Office Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
