Job Title: HR Specialist (contractor)
Reports to: Manager, HR Operations
Working Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:

• Provide high quality HR services and support to employees.
• Support International assignment service, including assignment management, destination services, international transportation, home management, tenancy management, visa/immigration services, ongoing assignment support and repatriation with assistance from related vendor, and support other daily HR operation jobs.
• Responsible for the file management of China expatriates and the collection and dispatch arrangements for expatriates’ documents.
• Assist other HR projects and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in HR or expatriate administration, working in similar consultancies or foreign invested enterprises preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Good communication and personality.
• Strong sense of accountability.
• Experience in International Assignment or mobility is high preferred.
