Job Description
HR Specialist will be responsible for handling employee queries, letters, system updates. In addition, he / she will Perform and execute a defined range of administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according HR SPECIALIST (EXTERNAL) to predetermined guidelines and procedures for (an) assigned organization(s). What part will you play? Develop, propose, or implement processes, programs, tools related to admin: e.g., assures integrity and consistency of systems, personnel files, and policies maintains records in accordance with the law; updates employee data (new hires, terminates, changes, etc.) Utilizes automated tools for efficient and dynamic data collection or transferring. Prepare and distributes various reports for management and authorities. Respond to inquiries from management or employees related. Performs and executes a defined range of administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for (an) assigned organization(s). Design’s policies and standards on governance level or implements standards with further operational specifications on Service Delivery Management level. Performs and executes a defined range of administrative tasks related to daily, operational HR activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for (an) assigned organization(s). Designs policies and standards on governance level or implements standards with further operational specificatons on Service Delivery Management level. Develops, proposes and / or implements methods, processes or programs related to payroll, and advises managers and / or employees accordingly for (an) assigned organization(s). Performs and executes a defined range of administrative tasks related to payroll activities according to predetermined guidelines and procedures for (an) assigned organization(s). Develops, proposes and / or implements PA policies, methods, processes or programs, and advises managers and / or employees. What you need to make real what matters: You have a bachelor’s degree (Economics, Legal or Human Resources represents an advantage), or an equivalent of work experience and education combined. You have advanced English knowledge - German knowledge represents an advantage. You have 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position. You have strong Labor law knowledge. You have good knowledge of Fiscal code. You have knowledge and experience with HR specific tools (UCMS TrueHR, Workday, Revisal, another admin tool). Make your mark in our exciting world as Siemens!
