HR Specialist I

Principal Accountabilities
  • Respond to questions on regulatory or complex administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system). Answer basic HR regulatory policy-related questions for both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate. Perform higher level administrative processes involving basic knowledge of regulatory requirements
  • Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions, in addition to auditing work performed by other members of the team.
  • Continuously create and define process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries.

Education/Experience
Typically requires a 4 year degree and 1–2 years of experience or a 2 year degree and equivalent related experience
