About the job
The TI Human Resources team is looking for a dynamic HR Specialist who can execute a full spectrum of HR deliverables that align with our business' strategic goals. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global, high-performing company, as well as grow your HR expertise. You will be an integral part of TI’s HR organization, partnering with business and HR leaders to make sure we have the organizational and people capability to ensure TI and our customers win.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage workforce planning to include managing people costs, skill/experience mix and talent needs across TI businesses
• Create an inclusive, diverse and fully engaged workforce
• Manage traditional HR activities, gain trust, credibility and build effective relationships with business leaders and key influencers
• Analyze external and internal conditions and recommending actions
• Coach senior leaders

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related business field
• Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA, or higher

• Demonstrated ability to translate business acumen to HR strategies and successful HR/people programs
• Proven track record of driving for results and successfully completing complex projects
• A track record for navigating ambiguous situations and being able to facilitate change
• Strong communication skills that engage effectively with individuals, teams and large groups, both in writing and verbally
