Working within the Total Rewards team, a key part of this role will be developing compensation proposals for group level as well as taking part in job evaluations and compensation surveys, This is a new role and requires collaboration with key stakeholders in the region.

To be considered for this role, you must possess at least 3 years of compensation and benefit experience, who has excellent Excel capability and attention to details. It is imperative that the successful candidate has ability to work in fast paced with high accuracy and sense of confidentiality.
