Job Title: HR Specialist (Training)

Purpose: The position holder will be focusing training and development to enhance team competency to support manufacturing capacity expansion, while support other HR team work such as recruitment.
Principle Accountabilities
Identify the appropriate training needs according to business direction to formulate and implement yearly training plan for the organization which included both technical competency development and people skills development;
Fully understand features and designs of different training programs and effectively deploy according to the desired outcomes. Facility various activities directly or indirectly driven by HR function;
Develop and implement training policy, process and metrics aligned with business priority and culture promotion;
Develop, implement and coordinate NEO plan for new joiners to facilitate their assimilation into the new environment and help build the technical ability to perform;
Build up professional network and maintain relationship with external training vendors. Assist to drive a solid in-house trainer / consultant management process;
Progressively assist on regional and /or global training projects;
Support various recruitment projects or actions including maintaining appropriate channels, internal and external job posting, interview schedule, candidates liaison and etc.;
Develop a robust campus recruitment plan and execute it proactively.
Knowledge/Experience/Skills Needed
1. English as the working language will be a highly valuable plus;
2. Prefer Bachelor’s Degree in HR, business administration, or related discipline, with 5-year above professional experience as a HR professional in multinational companies or JV;
3. Training experience in manufacturing is a must ;
4. The knowledge and experience in other spectrum of HR professional modules, such as recruitment, employee relations or HRIS will also be a valuable plus;
Strong interpersonal and communications skills, customer-based professional mindset and result-oriented.- 岗位信息

主要职责描述
根据业务发展导向识别培训需求,推进企业组织年度培训计划的执行,包括员工队伍技术和管理能力的提升;
建立培训政策、流程和数据体系,支持优先业务和企业文化的提升。
掌握各类培训项目的特点和设计,评估培训效果。代表人力资源部门直接或间接协调组织各类培训活动;
建立、实施和协调新员工入职培训计划,帮助他们尽快适应新工作环境,掌握独立上岗操作技能;
与外部培训供应商建立专业联系网络并维护,协助建立可靠的培训专业人士/顾问管理流程;
协助推进地区/或全球总部培训项目的执行;
支持各类招聘项目工作,包括维护有效的招聘渠道,内外部职位发布,面试日程安排,候选人联络等;
开发有效的校园招聘方案,并积极执行。
应具备的知识、技能和职业经验
如能用英语作为工作语言优先录用;
期望具备人力资源、商业管理或相关专业本科以上学历,5年以上跨国或合资企业人事专业工作经验;
具备制造型企业的培训经验;
兼有人力资源专业其他模块经验,如招聘、员工关系、人事信息系统等优先录用;
良好的人际沟通能力,客户和结果导向的工作风格。
