Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for mass recruitment, campus recruitment, intern recruitment and other hiring activities.
  • Lead STA campus annually recruiting project, organize recruiting recourse well cross function and location.
  • Evaluate and manage various channels, both for social and campus recruiting, such as we-chat, LinkedIn and relevant social medial.
  • Continuously attracting candidates by promoting the organization as an employer of choice in the market place, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to drive both short and long term employer branding initiatives..
  • Own the full recruiting cycle from setting recruitment intake meetings to job offers for critical roles in China.
  • Oversee the market intelligence to provide analysis of the competition and report findings, recommendations & actions to Sr. management team.
  • Continuously identify improvement opportunities to drive TA excellence in terms of process, policy and system to elevate talent acquisition quality and efficiency.
  • Provide local /regional leadership and line management as required.


Qualifications:

  • Above 7-10 years of related T.A experience in a mid to large size Multi National company.
  • Good spoken and written English.
  • Able to work under pressure, must be a team player, organizational skills.
  • With the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,while accessing and procuring accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills,strong problem solving skills.
