You will be part of HR team for 3-4 months during 2.5.-30.9.2022 (agreed separately based on your preference). You will be supporting Eaton’s internal HR team and the local internal organization in Espoo with Payroll and HR requests. The key areas of focus are on HR, Payroll Administration and internal Communication tasks regarding resourcing, Payroll Administration and various HR processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with an international HR team in Finland and in the EMEA region and to be part of a large HR community in the world. In addition to the internship, there might be a possibility to continue working with Eaton also in fall 2022 and spring 2023. Qualifications What we look for We are looking for a candidate who wants to work in an international environment and adapts quickly while maintaining a positive attitude. A suitable candidate would have/be Majoring in HR, finance, law or equivalent Excellent problem-solving skills and capability of thinking through complex situations Comfortable with multi-tasking, working under pressure and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding team environment Fluency in English and Finnish is mandatory Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office Outstanding organizational and administrative skills with eye for detail Depending on your background and level of experience you may be assigned tasks such as Supporting Eaton HR team with HR and Payroll service queries or quotations Documentation and archiving Updating HR intranet web pages Supporting continuous process improvement activities within the team Are you interested?
