• Act HR representative to business managers and employees, providing consultancy and advice on HR issues.
• Lead SMC Talent Acquisition and Learning &Development process.
• Drive Performance Review process and provide consultancy based on company guideline.
• In charge of HR communication.
• Support HR Manager to implement HR projects, process, policies, business strategy into practice.
• Streamline HR relevant reporting, and provide analysis on KPIs.
• Understand business structure, and support HRM and business managers on organizational change and development.
• Other ad-hoc support.
