We are looking for a highly qualified HR professional who supports our team integration strategies and who acts as a service provider to our organization.
Role and Responsibilities
Execute C&B work such as monthly payroll, holiday calculation, social security & house fund payment, salary & bonus adjustment
薪酬福利工作,如每月发薪,年假,病假,社保以及公积金缴纳,调薪以及奖金发放
Draft and revise HR Policy and Regulations, Employee handbook , etc
草拟并修改公司人事制度和规定,员工手册,
Assist in labor relations such as labor contract management, labor force management, monthly attendance check-up.
协助员工关系例如合同管理,人力管理,每月考勤管理
Maintenance of Employee documentations
整理、维护、更新员工人事档案资料
Handle new employees‘entry –exit, renewal and approval of labor contract, assessment and salary adjustment during probation period, and other personnel change procedures.
办理员工的各项人事作业:新员工入职、劳动合同/岗位协议续签审批、试用期转正评估与调薪、其他人事异动手续 ·
Design and make the recruiting flow & plan, and implement it accordingly
设计制订招聘流程和计划,并严格执行。 ·
Maintenance & development appropriate channels, including staffing web, internal referral 开发并维护适合的招聘渠道,包括招聘网站,内部推荐。 ·
Arrange the whole process of interview, including CV selection/Interview arrangement 负责制订全部的面试流程,包括简历的筛选和面试的安排。 ·
Communicate with candidates for offer negotiation, follow up the offer signing process and on-boarding issues
和候选人沟通录取通知书事宜,跟进录取后各个流程和到岗后的事宜。
Implement Employee Performance Review, manage the progress and solve enquiries;

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration
本科或以上学历,人力资源或劳动保障相关专业者优先
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR role
5年或以上HR相关工作经验
Good understanding of Chinese Labor law
熟悉相关劳动法律法规
Familiar with different HR modules
了解HR各大模块,熟悉薪酬福利模块
Hands-on data collection, analysis and processing capabilities
具备良好的数据收集、分析和处理能力
High sense of responsibility, attention to detail and affinity
工作认真、负责、细致,具亲和力
Hardworking, strong sense of confidentiality and able to work under pressure.
工作严谨,保密意识强,抗压性强
High degree of professional ethics and integrity
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
English Language skills: Good English
Fluent in mandarin
High proficiency in MS Office, especially EXCEL and WORD
