1.Support O-chart change and development;

2.Support business dept. talent review and development;

3. Involve and assist Human Resources Manager to establish Annual Operations Planning(AOP);

4. Responsible for DL & Technicians recruitment need and justification review with business;

5. Responsible for HR service day organize and other employee communication activities;

6. Responsible for exit interview for all resignees and Turnover analysis;

7. Responsible for monthly HR report;

8. Responsible for ER case handle;

9. Assist on DL & some IME position offer management & reference check;

10. Other works assigned by HR Manager.

1. Bachelor Degree in English, Administration, HR or relevant majors.

2. 3+ years HR experience especially in staffing & ER under multinational manufacturing environment is preferred.

3. Has interviewing and assessment skills.

4. Skilled in multitasking, organizing and prioritizing work.

5. Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills.

6. Skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of employees and management.

7. Logical thinking, patient & carefulness.

8. Good customer service, verbal and writing skills.

9. Excellent in computer systems, such as Microsoft Office and function specific software.
