Job Description
1、Responsible for optimization of the Group's corporate culture system, the establishment and maintenance of the corporate employer brand image, promote the creation of cultural atmosphere and the implementation of core culture.
2、Participate in the planning and implementation of internal activities to build corporate culture.
3、Responsible for the management of employer brand communication platform, according to the characteristics of the social media, develop corresponding operation, attract fans, conversion strategy, improve and optimize the process.
4、Regularly track the data feedback of social media, understand and deeply study the user needs, continuously optimize the content creation.
5、Plan and develop charity brands, actively expand all kinds of public charity resources, through the practice of public charity and establish a good social enterprise image.
6、Support the annual campus recruitment project of the company, including but not limited to online and offline promotional seminars.


Job requirements
1, Bachelor degree or above, majoring in human resources, marketing, news media and other related majors.
2、More than 3 years of experience in employer branding, corporate culture system construction and implementation, internal communication.
3、Critical thinking, creative, proactive, fast learner and team worker.
