Main Job Responsibility
1. Optimization HR related system.
Continuous optimization HR related system like APON/EDS etc.
2. Budget Control
Budgeting, sourcing and supervision of HR system related service providers with support of the CP Department.
3. Company image promotion via social media
Use new social media to reach the most internal/external target group to promote the company positive image. Support Hiring promotion via social media.
4. Supporting & Special Tasks
General organizational, design support.
Photographic documentation of Stiba events and activities.

Qualification and skills
1.Necessary education:
bachelor / master; e.g. intercultural studies or business or languages
2.Personal skills:
Excellent communication skills; problem solving oriented; proactive; team player; ability to work under stress; able to work independantly; eager to learn; open to new intellectual challenges
3.Fluent English, German as bonus
4.Working experience (in years):
1 – 3 years HR or IT working experience in a foreign/ multinational company, know-how by traditional HR 6 Models
5.Software skills:
Excellent Microsoft Office applications (word, excel, power point),
