岗位职责：

Complicated Workday cases/issues handling (include EIB, issues solving, cases analysis and summary).

Basic Workday process data maintain (Hire, termination, job change, etc.).

Workday adoption project support.

Daily communication with local customers, stakeholder service management.

Provide training to junior team member.

1. 全面负责人力资源系统（Workday）的运营维护，确保各项日常功能的实现。

2. 确保人力资源系统数据及流程的准确性和完整性。

3. 负责项目推进及协调工作，推进亚太各公司人力资源项目落地。

4. 负责与各公司HR同事沟通合作，提供服务并维护关系。

5. 组织实施人力资源系统操作和管理的技能培训，对HR内部同事及员工进行系统操作指导。

任职要求：

HR system experience on data maintain, system integration, data migration (Workday or the other ERP system).

Must have information management system operating experience.

HR System process, and end to end process management experience.

Good communication skills and customer service mindset.

Fluent English both in oral and writing. Japanese language capability is nice to have.
