In preparation for a stand-alone setup and the foundation of our own legal entity, we are looking for a People & Organization (P&O) Systems and Payroll Manager for the LDA Business who is ready to define and implement an LDA P&O IT and payroll provider strategy and target architecture. In this role, you will report to the global Head of HR Center of Expertise. You will closely collaborate with the LDA IT function, LDA procurement, and P&O departments around the globe. In this role, you will: Define LDA P&O IT and payroll provider strategy and target architecture in close alignment with Head of HR Center of Expertise and LDA IT Communicate and advocate our P&O IT strategy to significant stakeholders Define requirements for future P&O IT architecture & landscape Drive vendor selection process (incl RfP) in collaboration with procurement Ensure timely global implementation of target P&O IT landscape (incl. payroll outsourcing) Collaborate with internal and external partners on executing P&O IT roadmap, including, e.g., LDA IT, global and local expert teams, external vendors As an application owner for the P&O IT Landscape, you’ll also be responsible for demand management Ensure compliance and operational excellence of the P&O IT solutions in collaboration with internal and external partners Identify areas for improvement and define measures and actions in collaboration with P&O organizations and in line with our global strategy Continuously challenge the status quo and optimize the landscape in alignment with our P&O IT strategy Partner with local and regional P&O heads and understanding business requirements to deliver measurable value through our P&O IT portfolio Be accountable for the P&O IT Landscape What do you need to bring along? You have a degree or comparable educational background in Business Administration, focusing on HR or IT, Information Technology or related majors and bring several years of relevant professional experience You have a proven track record of initiatives and projects in the P&O and/or P&O Tech space, experience in a P&O IT function preferred You bring excellent interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills across diverse countries You are motivated and can effectively navigate across different organizational boundaries and work in a cross-functional team environment You are proactive, self-directed, results-oriented, influential, flexible, and adaptable You bring an excellent ability to quickly grasp complex issues and situations and present them to the target groups in a structured manner Fluency in English is a must, German would be a plus Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.
