Job Description

Job Purpose

The HR Transformation Transition Lead will support the implementation and integration of a new MS Dynamics 365 HRIS, with particular emphasis on providing HR SME transformation input, leading change management and adoption, ensuring that HR and the business adopt the new global processes and system.  Working alongside HR, the Business Applications team and ‘the Group Business Transformation Office, they will ensure that business solutions are efficiently delivered as well as co-ordinate multi country deployment including resolution of issues, risks and managing the build of training and communications. 


Key Responsibilities

* Responsible for the successful transition of HR and the business to the new global processes, HRIS and operating model. 
* Manage the different stakeholders across the business and with external suppliers.
* Works with the HR Transformation Programme Director to ensure that the system, operating model and processes are aligned and delivered as required.
* Provide crucial HR input to decisions from a transformation perspective to ensure that appropriate decisions are made, working with the RWS HR Process Owners, HR programme manager and technical teams.
* Drive the development of the new HRIS to deliver efficient business processes, management information and analysis and maximise functionality. 
* Maintain alignment of the new HRIS with the goals and objectives of the HR function and the business, working with all stakeholders to develop and implement global working practices, processes and internal procedures that support the business strategy and HR design.
* Create, implement and maintain HRIS security policies and practices that support business needs. 
* Develop and implement global best practices for data entry and report criteria to deliver effective data tracking and global reporting capabilities to meet business needs. 
* Work with the HR and the business to develop key metrics and analyses to support transparency, facilitate discussion of business process improvements and recommend related initiatives.
* Support the project by developing and implementing a flexible change management methodology / framework for the delivery of projects, working closely with IT for integration into the existing IT change management process. 

Skills & Experience

The HR Transformation Transition Lead will require a blend of global HRIS implementation and change management experience coupled with technological know-how and influencing skills.

* Demonstrable experience of leading or supporting global HR Transformation projects within a complex global business.
* Extensive experience of leading HRIS implementation across the business from a HR perspective, gained within an Oracle, Success Factors, Workday or Microsoft Dynamics environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A good understanding of HR technical solutions, HR Dynamics 365 would be advantageous. 
* Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills. 
* Demonstrable problem-solving skills with the ability to facilitate problem solving discussions. 
* Be comfortable acting as an adviser and presenting to senior stakeholders. 
* Able to prioritise and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment and meet strict deadlines. 
* Able to effectively manage and mentor team members. 
* Strong attention to detail and good administrative skills but the ability to take a strategic view.
* Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively to both internal and external stakeholders.
