Accountable for leading the definition and maintenance of the future state AIA Human Capital Management (HCM) Architecture as part of the overall HR Technology, Group Applications function. Research, design, propose, and potentially deliver HCM technologies and solutions for the Group HR technology roadmap.

  • Responsible for managing and governing overall architecture of HR technologies

  • Manage the integration architecture of core components (Workday, ServiceNow, UiPath, Risk/Compliance, SSO, finance systems, etc.), as well as country integration (payroll)

  • Manage the data architecture and technical perspective of data migration

  • Define the to-be HCM Architecture and roadmap of AIA as part of the overall Enterprise Architecture vision, ensuring the alignment with the business and growth strategies of AIA.

  • Oversee the design and realization of the HCM architecture within program and projects as necessary, ensuring adherence to architecture vision, standards and policies

  • Creation and maintenance of the overall HCM architecture, and the creation of the business unit roadmap to achieve that architecture

  • Work closely with multiple departments within Group (e.g. HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc.) and local business units to develop prototypes to nimbly test feasibility of new concepts

  • Contribute to technical discussions and enhancement initiatives related to improving customer experience, usability, and latest technologies.

  • Guide & support the local business units to keep evolving their HCM technology capabilities

  • At times lead/supervise the work of other individuals assigned to the projects to ensure the objectives can be met.
