The Specialist, HR Technology Programs is responsible for providing thought-leadership on Eaton’s HR, Taleo and Payroll Systems and related projects including modifications, customizations, upgrades, workflow, personalization, Artificial Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, adoption of new functionality, reporting, and analytical use of data. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Information Technology function, leveraging expertise in business analysis and experience with Oracle HRMS, Taleo and Payroll to recommend and implement solutions that enable the organization to achieve goals.

- Deliver analytical expertise on projects through the entire project lifecycle – from requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, audit and post-production support. The expertise demonstrated includes the development of requirements documents, process maps, design documents, and testing scripts / scenarios
- Leverage your knowledge of HR business processes and technology, to evaluate business requests and project solutions
Manage configuration changes, workflow related changes, personalization, new fields, lookup codes, and OBI reporting - Responsible for maintenance of Applicant Tracking System and Payroll to HRMS integrations and aid Applicant Tracking System, Payroll and Oracle HRMS support teams when troubleshooting issues
- Track all problems and changes in product documents, reports changes and current configurations
- Support quality assurance process audits
- Develop/modify End-User documentation and training materials and may assist in delivering End-User training

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in HR Systems
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
- Broad knowledge of information technology capabilities and characteristics, software languages and applications, data base technology, communications hardware/software, standards and procedures and data security techniques.
- Expert knowledge in SQL and Microsoft Office suite such MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
- Oracle HRMS Experience
- Experience with cloud-based HR and Payroll systems
Good knowledge of project management disciplines and System Development Lifecycle Methodologies (SDLC). - Knowledge of several business analysis techniques including, benchmarking, brainstorming, business rule analysis, data flow diagramming, data modeling, process modeling or decomposition, metrics and key performance indicators, prototyping, risk analysis, root cause analysis, and/or scenario and use case development.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels of the organization. This position will work with both Senior Business Leadership and Senior IT Leadership on a regular basis.
- Solid critical thinking/analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills including facilitation and negotiation, ability to lead and influence others, and the ability to effectively interface and work with a wide variety of people and virtual/remote teams.

Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $98,400 - $135,300 a year.
