Reporting to the HR Manager and/or Director, you will learn topics related to:
- Recruitment: screening, posting, interviewing, correspondence…
- Internal communication
- Employees’ time registration
- Employees’ internal events coordination
- Administrative support
- Employees’ training coordination & follow up
Experience & skills
- University Degree, ideally related to Labour Relations, Psicology, HR or Hospitality
- Good knowledge of English, written and verbal
- Great organisational skills
- Iniciative
- Discretion
- Reliability
- Team work abilities
- Time Management skills
- Good IT knowledge: Excel, Power-Point…
- Ideally previous experience as trainee in HR
