Reporting to the HR Manager and/or Director, you will learn topics related to:

  • Recruitment: screening, posting, interviewing, correspondence…
  • Internal communication
  • Employees’ time registration
  • Employees’ internal events coordination
  • Administrative support
  • Employees’ training coordination & follow up

 Experience & skills

  • University Degree, ideally related to Labour Relations, Psicology, HR or Hospitality
  • Good knowledge of English, written and verbal
  • Great organisational skills
  • Iniciative
  • Discretion
  • Reliability
  • Team work abilities
  • Time Management skills
  • Good IT knowledge: Excel, Power-Point…
  • Ideally previous experience as trainee in HR
