Responsibility Overview:

·      Partner in hiring for various business positions

·      Support the new employee onboarding experience

·      Work closely on key talent processes like development planning, succession pipelining

·      Address employee queries pertaining to policies, HR processes

·      Update monthly reports like HR Metrics, People Indices

·      Design and manage HR dashboards, derive insights that help deliver on the talent strategy

·      Assist with special projects


Skills:

·      Excellent written and oral communication skills

·      Initiative and problem-solving skills

·      Strong Analytical Skills

·      Meets timelines with high quality output

·      Proficient in excel, Power point


Key Learning:

·      Firsthand experience of the BHR role by handling set of clients independently and solving the talent agenda

·      opportunity to be part of several projects which will bring a deeper understanding of HR function.

Qualification & Experience

·      MBA Graduate-Fresher to Up to 1 year experience
