This will be a fixed term position with full-time employment during the summer of 2022, and the possibility when your studies continue into the fall. At Siemens Healthineers, we stand with our customers everywhere to support them in providing high quality care to their patients. You will take your part in this through your daily work with colleagues in our zone, which consists of the Nordic and Baltic countries (NRB). You have daily contact with colleagues in other countries, which is an obvious opportunity to maintain and develop your English skills. You will work closely with our Head of HR as well as our HR team in the NRB which means that you will gain experience working across countries to solve the larger and more comprehensive tasks involving the entire zone. Your tasks and responsibilities: You will be continuously learning more about HR and gradually take on responsibilities for example the following, but not limited to: Updating employee Handbooks, guidelines, processes, presentations Give your inputs to improving the local induction process in alignment with the global Take care of contact to local healthcare/wellbeing providers Plan events, team buildings, fairs etc. Support with and give general administration tasks Answer ongoing inquiries from colleagues with HR related questions Over time, as you get more comfortable with your tasks as well as gain more knowledge, you will get more complex tasks that you can eventually help to define. Your qualifications and experience: You are at least half-way through your studies (Bachelor’s or master’s degree) in Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or equal, and want to work full-time during the summer/part-time alongside your studies You have relevant knowledge and experience, which enables you to solve tasks independently You have good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office You are curious and want to learn more about HR, grow and gradually take on more responsibilities You have a passion for HR related to people, processes and/or tools Your attributes and skills: You are independent, willing to learn and take initiative You are service minded with good collaboration skills and a positive attitude You are fluent in English and preferably also in Finnish – a Scandinavian language is a plus Your working style is structured, and you meet deadlines In addition, it is very important that you show respect for data and confidential knowledge In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways, and believe you are qualified for the position, your application is appreciated just as well.
