Your Responsibility
- Update the training catalogue once a year
- Collecting annual T & D needs from EDS, select and organize the annual training plan.
- According to the training needs, select suppliers and their prices, ensure quality and purchasing process satisfy the requirement of VWATD
- Organization, coordination and evaluation, follow up of yearly training activities
- Data collection and entering into the SAP system
- Prepare monthly training report
- Control the Training application process
- Training Agreement creation and managementBudget: Set and control T&D budget
- SAP HR TE/PD module:As the key users to design the fuctions and responsible for daily maintenance
- Supplier management:evaluate and manage the suppliers and trainers
- Knowledge Management:manage and share training materials, organize "Knowledge Share Workshop".
- Training room, ficiities and materials management
- Support:support content and organizing of the training relevant activities for other other departments, such as workshop、Teambuilding
- Bachelor degree or higher
- Have an intimate knowledge of soft-skill training to evaluate and choose the courses, trainers and training agencies effectively.
- Outstanding team spirit, communication, organisation and implementation capability.
- High sense of responsibility, innovative and creative thinking.
- Good knowledge of SAP (HR Module), Microsoft Office, Visio.
- Chinese native speaker and fluent in English, German is a plus.
