The Role
The HR Transformation Programme Manager is responsible for ensuring the new HR technical solution (MS Dynamics) is designed, developed, and implemented successfully across RWS’ global network. The role holder will lead the definition, design and implementation of global HR practices developing a future operating model to align with RWS strategic objectives. Working alongside HR, the role holder with work closely with internal and external delivery partners to ensure business solutions are efficiently delivered on time and to budget. Ownership of the global change plan, senior HR stakeholder engagement, management of risks and issues are an integral part of this role.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the programme is delivered in line with the goals and objectives of the HR function, working with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to implement global standardised working practices to support RWS’ business strategy.
- Lead the HR and business change workstream the across the organisation.
- Design, development and implementation of an HR operating model and shared services using frameworks and methodologies that are fit for RWS current and future business.
- Own the end-to-end process to capture and analyse business requirements by facilitating process workshops with cross functional teams to define optimal HR processes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated as a result of this transformation change, ensuring compliance with security and regional regulatory requirements.
- Ensure end to end HR processes are defined in alignment with MS Dynamics, working with the HR teams and external suppliers to deliver Recruitment, Time and Attendance, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll solutions.
- Work closely with the technical teams to ensure HR data is defined and migrated successfully to the MS Dynamics.
- Ensure user acceptance testing, training and communications is delivered in line with the programme objectives.
- Develop and implement global best practices for data entry and report criteria to deliver effective data tracking and global reporting capabilities to meet business needs.
- Work with the HR and the business to develop key metrics and analyses to support transparency, facilitate discussion of business process improvements and recommend related initiatives.
- Responsible for preparing the HR change plan partnering with the Programme Director and Technical Programme manager to ensure that there is one clear plan for delivery.
- Create and maintain an HR programme plan, risk / issue logs as part of the overall programme risk register, driving resolution and escalating as necessary for change management.
Qualifications & Experience
The HR Transformation Programme Manager will require a blend of global HR operations knowledge and change management experience to deliver this programme. Implementing HR transformational change globally enabled by technology with strong stakeholder management is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of leading and implementing global HR Transformation projects within a complex global business, ideally with MS Dynamics.
- Demonstrable experience of designing and implementing HR operating models globally, including the successful introduction of HR shared services
- Able to lead and motivate teams working remotely.
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills.
- Be comfortable acting as an adviser and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Able to prioritise and manage tasks in a high-pressure environment and meet strict deadlines.
