We're looking for someone like that who can help us:

• support the annual periodic vetting process preparation (preparing and clearing of data while taking care of data quality, preparing documentation, contacting suppliers and internal stakeholders) and take over full responsibility for this process over time
• ensure accurate data updates in our vetting tool
• provide standardized and customized reporting on vetting execution to relevant stakeholders on a regular and ad hoc basis
• support actively continuous vetting process improvement initiatives including tool changes and related activities.
• stay on top of our vetting processes to support or lead vetting change projects
• act as an SME for the regional vetting specialists
