Job Description
Living Word Bilingual School is a private boarding school located in Shanghai's Minhang District. It works in close cooperation with its sister campus, Living Word Lutheran High School, located in Jackson, Wisconsin, USA, and also draws upon resources from the Concordia University Educational System in its curriculum.
Offering education from grades 1 through 12, Living Word Shanghai';s mission is to develop future leaders from all walks of life. This is achieved through a rigorous academic program and a wide array of elective and special interest courses from different disciplines that allow students to nurture their own interests and strengths.
Position: HR Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment
1.Review and Maintain quality recruitment, assessment and selection procedures.
2.Provide a comprehensive recruitment service to all department leaders ensuring that all vacancies are filled in the most expeditious and cost effective manner.
Staff Relationship
1.Provide advice and support to team leaders regarding all employee relations and employment legal matters.
2.Provide problem solving to department leaders and division leader on day-to-day operations issues.
Training
1.Deliver a new staff induction program to staff for Digital division.
2.Recommend integrated training solutions for the continual improvement of performance of managers and staff upon business needs.
Staff Performance Management
1.Manage the Performance appraisals and annual salary reviews in Digital Division.
C&B
1.Handle payroll report and monthly analysis report for Digital division.
2.Provide advice,support and coaching to department leaders/staff on remuneration, reward and benefit issues.
Qualifications:
1 Good in spoken and written English/Mandarin.
2.Good command of Microsoft Office.
3.6+ years of HR experience in relevant experiences.
4.Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating at the executive level.
5.Mature,initiative, detail minded with good interpersonal skills.
6.Able to work independently.
7.Passion to Education.
