Job Description

Responsibilities:

Human Resource

  • Oversee full spectrum of Huizhou factory HR functions including recruitment, staff relations & activities, policies formulation and implementation, training and development, manpower planning, compensation and benefits management, performance management, payroll and IIT tax and other ad hoc assignments
  • Provide advice and support to the management in all HR services and to the line management in proactively resolving the day-to-day human resource operational, factory management and staff issues
  • To formulate and review recruitment policies and procedures to facilitate high level of corporate governance in staff relation
  • Provide day-to-day HR advices and guidance on organizational development issues to Managing Director and Senior Management
  • Formulate and review the HR policies, procedures and workflows to ensure the alignment with Company's business strategies and comply with China local statutory requirements

Administration

  • Provide full range of administrative duties including policy and procedure formulation,house keeping and maintenance, renovation and relocation, office automation and filing systems, security and company functions, etc
  • Schedules and organizes company activities such as meetings, travel, company events and conferences
  • Establishes, develops and maintains filing system.
  • Review and monitor the contract with supplier and vendor such as office lease, and office equipment.
  • Knowledge and handle ISO and CSR audit

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent preferable
  • At least 5 years supervisory experience in HR & Administration with factory experience is preferred
  • Outgoing personality, mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities
  • Mature and self-motivated with excellent interpersonal & communication skills, able to work with people from diverse backgrounds and enjoy working in cross functional environment
  • Strong problem solving skills, highly capable of multi-tasking, organized and detail-minded
  • Possess positive working attitude and a good team player
  • Good sense of judgment and decision making
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Able to travel

职责:

人力资源方面

  • 负责监督惠州工厂全方位的人事管理工作,包括人员招聘、员工关系管理、员工培训与发展、人力规划、员工薪资福利、绩效管理、工资计算和个税申报等以及公司安排的其他事务。
  • 为公司管理层和部门管理者提供全方位的日常人事与人员管理支持与意见。
  • 制定、审核招聘政策和步骤以便于保持高品质的员工关系管理水平。
  • 就公司组织发展方面,向公司高级管理层提供日常人力管理意见和指导。
  • 制定与审核人事政策、步骤和流程,以确保其与公司经营策略和当地法律法规相符。

行政方面

  • 负责全面的行政管理工作,涉及规范行政制度和步骤、监督办公环境的维护、裝修和搬迁以及办公环境的安全管理和文件体系管理等工作。
  • 计划和组织公司各项活动,比如各类会议、出差、公司活动和年会。
  • 建立、发展和维护公司文件系统。
  • 负责公司各类代理合同的审核和管理,比如房屋租赁合同和办公室设备合同。
  • 具备ISO and CSR 审核的知识和有参与相关工作的经验。

要求

  • 大学学历,人力资源和商业管理相关或类似专业优先考虑。
  • 不少于5年工厂人事与行政管理经验。
  • 性格外向、成熟稳重和积极向上,有强烈的责任感
  • 优秀的人际交往和沟通能力 ,能与不同背景的人员工作,适应跨职能的工作环境。
  • 具备较强解决问题和多项任务处理的能力,做事有条理且细致认真。
  • 具有积极的工作态度和团队合作精神。
  • 良好的判断力和决策力。
  • 熟练操作office办公软件,包括word. PPT, Excel and Outlook。
  • 中英文说、写流利。
  • 需要出差。
