Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handling full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration duties for the department
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative / procurement functions including office services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance, leasing and tenancy renewal, etc.
  • Assist in designing and implementing HR initiatives in the areas of manpower planning, remuneration and reward management, performance management, staff relations, legislative compliance as well as all related administration issues
  • Oversee and maintain staff records, personal file and leave records
  • Design and implement HR and administration policies and guidelines to enable smooth and efficient business operations
  • Manage full spectrum of daily office administration and procurement functions
  • Responsible to provide secretarial to Managers and Directors
  • Participate any ad hoc projects as assigned


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in administrative/HR management
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related statutory requirements
  • Good team player, high energy levels, strong sense of responsibility and flexible
  • Proficiency in MS applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Excellent communications, planning, analytical and people management skills
