HR and Administration Supervisor

Job Description
1.Human Resource
- Manage full spectrum of HR services including include recruiting, staffing, employment administration and employee termination, employee training and development, delegate administration, performance evaluation coordination, employee relation and communication, etc.
- Managing and performing the recruitment process and selection strategy, fulfill the opening in a shorter lead time; Be consultant in hiring & selection with solid knowledge;
- Ensure sufficient workforce and talent pool;
- Developing and maintaining employee database and personal file;
- Provide essential training such as new employee orientation, performance training, as well as develop new training due to meet departmental and/or employee needs. Assist to organize the training & development programs, and assist in preparing proposals on management succession planning and employee training programs.
- Supporting the review of employees' performance when probation ends, on an annual basis or at critical moments.
- Provides timely information and guidance to managers, supervisors and employees on various human resource issues, i.e. reviews, employee relations, compensation, performance improvement, etc.
- Pursue and maintain healthy and effective employee relationships; Ensure smooth and sufficient internal communication;
- Developing company policies which should be in line with governmental and local rules, reviewing with management and supervising the implementation of the policies;
- Handling of expatriate employment;
2. Administration
- Overseeing the administrative function of the company, supervising the facilities and safety;
- Handling the office, warehouse construction projects and supervising the progress;
- Reviewing and maintaining all the outsourced services;
- Keeping communication with landlord and governmental departments such as immigration office, police, WGQ safety management office, etc.;
- Arranging logistics/accommodations for visitors.
3. Other work arranged by Financial Controller and President

Requirements:
- Age about 30 years old, maturate, presentable and healthy;
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources, English, Business or related subjects.
- At least 5 years solid work experience in HR with office management in MNC, experiences working with high-end products are preferred;
- At least 1 year’s management experience, independent management style; high-degree of responsibility.
- High degree of fluency in spoken and written English;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong personality, results-driven, hardworking, hands-on working style, able to work under pressure to meet tight deadline
