Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist to formulate, recommend and update recruiting policy & procedure;
- Prepare Weekly Personnel Requisition coordination with plant management team and AP HR, report and update the hiring status weekly;
- Job posting internal and external, CV screen, work with departments to interview candidates, select and put right person on right position with right pay, follow company pay policy;
- Responsible for New Employee On Board process, complete related procedures in the New Employee Checklist on time;
- Prepare various HR headcount reports monthly, quarterly, yearly or as request;
- Participate in employee talk including probation talk, contract review, ECI and exit talk, feedback to other HR team members and managers;
- Arrange communication meeting including monthly birthday party, round table meeting, key talents meeting with management team, improvement plan follow up;
- Organization chart update;
- Assist in internal or external management audit
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Educational: Bachelor's degree and above, major in Human Resources Management is preferred.
- People-oriented, a good communicator, team player
