RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruitment/New Hire Process: Participating in recruitment efforts. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications. Assisting in interview process
  • 新入职流程: 参与招聘工作,发布招聘广告,整理简历和工作申请,协助面试过程
  • Employee orientation: Orienting new employees to the organization. Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • 员工指引:负责解答新入职员工提出的问题


  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system. Performing payroll/benefit-related reconciliations

处理工资单,包括记录员工休假和病假时间。对员工薪资和福利进行核对。


  • Training and Development. Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators. Tracks participants and training records. Tracks the implementation of the employee performance development plans.

  • Performance management and improvement tracking systems

绩效管理和改进跟踪系统


  • Maintaining current HR files and databases

  • Assists in the development and implementation of an employee handbook and new personnel policies and procedures.

协助制定和执行员工手册和新的人事政策和程序。


  • Follow relevant regulations to ensure safe & clean working environment.

遵守相关规定,确保工作环境的安全和清洁。


  • Facilitate company internal communication; manage & convey employees’ feedback

协助公司内部沟通,管理和传达员工的反馈意见


  • Organize event to improve company cohesiveness, culture, atmosphere

组织活动以提升公司的凝聚力、文化和氛围


任职要求REQUIREMENTS


  • Bachelor degree preferably with a major in Human Resources Management, Business Administration 本科学历,人力资源及行政管理专业
  • HR experience a must in recruitment & payroll function 有招聘及薪酬方面的工作经验
  • Good knowledge in labor law and other related ordinances熟知劳动法及其他法律法规
  • Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing. Frequent communication with foreign managers. 英语听说读写熟练
  • Skillful at MS Office (PowerPoint、Excel、Words、outlook) 熟练使用MS Office(PowerPoint、Excel、Words、outlook)
  • Strong in communication, interpersonal skills良好的沟通及人际交往能力
  • Mature, responsible, takes initiative, positive and caring积极主动,责任心强,稳重热情
  • 3+ years experiences in HR area 3年以上人力资源领域工作经验
