Job Description

1. Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment team to identify the staffing needs and ensure that all the recruitment processes are conducted efficiently to meet company policies and standards

2. Follow and improve the whole recruitment process including job description clarification, interview guide design, interviews, tests, offer negotiation and preparation

3. Develop and maintain different kinds of recruiting channels to ensure their effectiveness

4. Prepare weekly open position report, monthly recruiting fee report and other report required by supervisor

5. Other tasks from supervisor

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree

2. 1-3 years of related industry experience, head hunting experience is an advantage

3. Be familiar with China labor laws and regulations

4. Good PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word

5. Initiative and can-do attitude, enthusiastic about HR especially in recruitment function

6. Good oral and written English and Mandarin

7. Great communication skills and team work spirit
