Job responsibility:
1. Responsible for recruitment/training/motivation/ Retention of HR managers;
2. Assist in building and developing the overseas subsidiaries' HR system under the guidance of headquarter HR strategy and policies;
3. Assist local HR to establish HR policies and procedures of overseas subsidiaries, review and supervise their implementation;
4. Responsible for sorting and improving the overseas HR workflow and procedures, leading the project of producing the HR toolkit for overseas subsidiaries, which provides guidance and tools for overseas HR managers in their daily operations;
5. Analyst overseas HR data regularly, and provide HR report to line manager;
6. Provide onsite support to overseas subsidiary when necessary, and assist in the local talent acquisition and management team build up.
任职条件:
requirement:
1. 本科以上学历,人力资源或心理学专业优先考虑;
Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or psychology is preferred,
2. 熟悉并深入理解人力资源工作,在招聘、员工关系、薪酬绩效、培训等模块有丰富实践经验,熟悉子公司当地相关劳动法律、法规;
Solid experience more than 2 modules in recruitment, ER, C&B, or training, well familiar with the local labor law and regulations;
3. 3年以上人力资源工作经验;
3 years working experience in HR field;
4. 英语流利,通晓普通话或者粤语;
Fluent English and Chinese;
5. 有零售行业背景优先考虑。
Retail industry background is preferable.
