What's the role?
HR leadership role to ensure that Hilti ADS / ACDS are high performance organizations by delivery of a broad range of services to ensure talent, compensation & development strategies are implemented through identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve staff, and independently managing all HR operations and activities

What does the role involve?
1. Formulate and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives by preparing, updating, and recommending to management team.
2. Determine and recommends employee relation practices and employer branding necessary
to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee
morale.
3. Develop annual manpower planning and talent acquisition plan in collaboration with Talent Acquisition team to steer daily recruitment operations, job fair and campus recruitment.
4. Oversee and supervise day-to-day recruitment and replacement practices and performance including
on-board processes and orientation trainings, and continuous improvement to enhance new
employee’s integration and engagement.
5. Establish wage and salary structure, pay policies, employee benefit programs and services
by monitoring for effectiveness and cost containments. In particular, maintains a pay plan by
conducting periodic pay surveys, scheduling and conducting job evaluations, preparing pay budgets,
planning and scheduling individual pay actions and implementing pay structure revisions.
6. Conduct and optimize and improve company’s performance appraisal program and system, execute
the full cycle performance appraisal management in line with Hilti standard, such as KPI setup,
evaluation procedure and management workflow etc.
7. Play as HRBP role to address personnel issue with professional suggestion and recommendation to Line Manager, and partner with leadership team on employee engagement, retention and employee relations programs.
8. Implement the concept of HR operations excellence though improving staffing procedure, optimizing
payroll practice and enhance vendors’ service agreement level with a high service quality.
9. Facilitates and deliver the workshop with related HR topics.
10. Any ad-hoc assigned by Supervisor.

What you need is:
- 1. Bachelor degree or above in the major of Human Resources or Business Administration or related.
- 2. Oversees working or study experience is preferred.
- 3. Fluent speaking in English, both in writing and oral.
- 4. Minimum 8 years working experience from manufacturing is a must and at least and 3 years of managerial experience.
- 5. General knowledge of China employment law and ability to apply legal concepts in formulating HR policy, C&B regulation with its implementation.
- 6. Preferred to be certified by competence-based interview method: Lomginer or DDI .
- 7. Preferred to be qualified with job evaluation, job matching and advanced knowledge / know-how on Hay points system, Hewitt or Mercer.
- 8. Travel required for business needs and overseas training.
- 9. High energy, strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and results-oriented process orientation dedicated to continuous improvement. In particular, able to work independent and multi-tasking oriented with excellent communication skills and proven ability to deal with challenges in ever-changing environment.
