Eaton’s Electrical Sector - Americas (ES-A) business is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Position Overview: The primary function for this position is to be a high performing business partner supporting the Engineering and Finance functions for the Electrical Sector Americas business. This role will create and deploy HR programs, projects and initiatives across the region related to: workforce and talent planning, employee and labor relations, HR Analytics, organizational development and compensation, effectiveness of diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement. This role will effectively plan and project-manage the delivery of processes and programs, while continuously improving execution and measuring success. In this function you will: Develop, implement and validate Human Resources strategies, initiatives and programs aligned with short and long-term business plans for the Engineering and Finance functions Manage functional recognition and communication programs in partnership with Leadership Communications Manager Evolve and drive improvement for functional career pathing, to both drive engagement and build pipelines to feed business needs Support Enterprise-wide Engineering and Technology upskilling project for career path, policies, and compensation to improve engagement and retention Implement and sustain transformative organizational implementation initiatives to establish program management and system engineering offices Develop and implement functional specific inclusion and diversity measures to improve diversity within ES-A Lead change management of implementing effective technical track program for the Engineering and Technology organization Analyze, and interpret HR data from business and present organizational metrics and findings to the senior leadership team Identify, develop and deploy initiatives and best practices in communications, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and total rewards that encourage employee retention, job satisfaction, and positive morale Develop and deploy advanced analytics standard work, action tracking and follow-up for: talent reviews / OCA, talent pipelines / lists and councils, retention mitigation plans, performance management, engagement, I&D, Eaton’s employee survey, monthly HR metrics scorecard updates etc. Consult with HR leaders and functional/business leaders on employee/leader development, organization effectiveness, and culture change initiatives Ensure simplification, consolidation, and connection of HR and business processes Recommend measurable outcomes that will be used to proactively drive Eaton’s 2030 sustainability goals Drive a culture of learning through a range of training experiences for managers of people that build the necessary knowledge, skills, and values required for organizational success When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution 7 years’ of progressive experience in human resources Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future Preferred qualifications: MBA or Master’s degree Experience working for a manufacturing organization Power BI Skills and data analytics PHR or SPHR certification Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range for this role is $115,100 - $160,000 a year.
