Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in formulating the structure and recruitment plan of foreigners according to the needs of the business department, then track and implement the recruitment
2. Use and deeply explore various recruitment channels, conduct talent search and screening, organize interviews, track feedback to achieve recruitment goals
3. Responsible for the handling and feedback of foreign employee relations in the business department, and regularly plan and organize foreign employee group building activities
4. Responsible for matters related to visa processing of foreign employees
5. Regularly conduct interviews with foreign employees and collect their feedback to optimize relevant systems, processes or strategies
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English. European,American or Australian, fluent in Mandarin is preferred
2. Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to withstand stress and frustration, analyze and solve problems
3. Be proactive and eager to learn, and have clear logical thinking
4.Can adapt to the fast-paced, multi-change, high-speed growth of the game industry
