Responsibilities

• Build relationships within the organization to implement strategies that meet the business objectives
• Work close with Asia HRD in Beijing and Group HRD in Europe
• Partner with corporate L&D, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition functions to develop and implement programs in the local market.
• Provide expertise in development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts; serve as primary contact for the location to assist employees in resolving issues and grievances
• Provide strategic business partnership to managers; design and deliver targeted solutions, including strategic planning, change management and team building
• On-board, deliver orientation and off-board employees
• Focus on recruitment，performance management, leadership development, and conflict management
• Facilitate assessment processes for team development
• Assess employee development needs and make recommendations for appropriate solutions
• Deliver appropriate coaching and development feedback to managers and employees
• Work with vendor/agency to handle the statutory initiatives
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR experience in a technology or in an organization
• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or the equivalent coupled with coaching at the manager level, focus on performance management, employee relations and data analytics/reporting
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
• Analytical and data management skills with the ability to translate data into action planning
• Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
• BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent years of field related experience
• Experience partnering with team and clients, including management
• Demonstrated track record of building relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners
