Recap:

The HR Supervisor/HRBP will work closely with HR Manager to develop an HR Strategy, identify HR priorities, and provide customer-focused HR partnership in line with business goals and the company HR framework. This role also needs to drive all the local and foreign talent acquisition in Shanghai and US sites, and to oversee the recruitment process including hiring channels management and headhunters’ follow-up, in order to shoot the problems and provide efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and be able to identify the key business needs proactively, so to partner with business teams to execute HR solutions in order to achieve business goals and deliver results;

• Lead local and international hiring, ensuring timely onboarding of required talents for growth purposes, with rich recruiting expertise in finding, attracting and hiring talents to support business developing roadmaps;

• Maintain an updated recruitment database and build talent pool, manage talent pool to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged for current or future opportunities;

• Delivery of human resource projects, such as talent development, employer branding, company culture, internal communication, company activities and construction of employee relations…

• Good relationship builder with the ability to work effectively across different teams in a multicultural environment.

• Solve problems and provide solutions by collecting and analyzing data with quantitative or qualitative approaches, identifying alternatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in business, Human Resources or related discipline

• About 5 years+ relevant working experience, and experience in Multi-national Corporation is preferred

• Good interpersonal communication skills, excellent English skill on both oral and written is a great plus

• Self-motivated, good business acumen, and a fast learner

• Ability to work under pressure, being proactive and independent
