Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To establish a perfect recruiting process and system, and continuously optimize. Be responsible for full spectrum of recruitment
- Be responsible for regional monthly salary, cooperate with Fesco dealing with relative insurance
- Conduct annual performance issue, regular review session with staff.
- Arrange training and monitor training data. Also advise about appropriate learning programs.
- Responsible for staff’s probation/contract review/termination
- Responsible for Expat work permit/Visa issue.
- Make sure company/Office daily routine running smoothly
- Be responsible for handling all administrative procedures and maintaining good communication with local government.
- Be responsible for arrange travel schedule (book hotel, flight, taxi, etc.)
- Support Global HR manager/Shanghai GM to complete another task.
Related Experiences:
- Bachelor degree in HRM or related field with 5+ years relevant working experiences in multinational company.
- Expert in Chinese labor law and related employee relations issues.
- Excellent communication, engagement and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels within the organization.
- Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin.
