Job Description
  • Provide subject matter expertise to business team on building organizational capability through strategic planning and support for manpower planning, structure fulfillment, talent retention, performance management and culture building to enable the sustainable achievement of business results;
  • Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to optimize the process to achieve work efficiency.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with HR peers (TCI/TCMB etc) to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Deliver HR services to employees resulting in a seamless point of contact to the broader HR organization and ensuring successful integration of functional partner initiatives and expertise;
  • Work closely with recruiter to select candidates for key positions;
  • Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives or programs are implemented effectively within the division;
  • Provide guidance and advice to management on developing, implementing and revising employee relations programs and policies and resolving personnel problems;
  • Develop and administer employee performance management programs, plans and advises the assigned;
  • Design the career development path with the employees, provide the suggestion and coach on people development;
  • Lead ongoing succession and development planning within the assigned organization, execute the talent management process to identify current and forecasted talent needs;

职位要求

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 8 years working experience in innovative, complex and multi-national company environments, HRBP experience is a plus;
  • Well-developed skills to analyze business and financial trends in order to make sound business decisions;
  • Know the relevant knowledge of different HR functions including organizational development or transformation, change management processes, employee relationship, recruitment, talent development, learning and development, etc.;
  • Possess both critical thinking capability and hands-on HR functional implementation experience;
  • Good stakeholders management sense and skills
  • Strong influence and interpersonal skills and overall leadership capability, etc.;
  • High level personal integrity and credibility;
  • Strong communication skills in written and oral Chinese and English;
  • Down-to-earth working style and multitask handling skill;
  • A passion for creating diverse teams and inclusive environments is a must.
