KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
The candidate will take 2 main parts of job responsibilities:
1) HR Business Partner to support corporate functions, incl. Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, EHS, Legal, BD, etc. The job responsibilities include but not limit to below:
? Articulate key business goals and challenges, define people implications and transform to HR strategy to support business objectives;
? Ensures HR processes and programs support customer needs. Utilizes opportunities to deliver value for the customer
? Act a trusted, approachable and responsive employee advocate
? Proactively build and maintain connections to all levels of the organization and leverage key stakeholder
? Develops and implements a strategy to optimize structure, processes and people to support business goals and add value to customers
2) HR Operational Management to help HR Head to manage HR operational process, incl but not limited to HR SOP and internal process review, internal auditing for HR team, HR matrix organizational streamline, HR team building, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
? Bachelor degree or above with HR or management related major
? 8~10+ years’ experience in HR function, incl. 5+ years’ in HRBP experience
? HR operational management experience is a plus
? Self-motivated, passionate and good team work spirit
? English is fluent both in written and orally
